Our guest on this show is
Monique Howat.
Monique is a self-esteem and character youth motivator and the
founder of
Confident Girls and Guys. She is an exceedingly proud mom of
three wonderful girls and says that she owes much of her youthful
enthusiasm to her good-humored-daughters who have grown into
successful and happy young adults.
Monique is here to talk with us about
what she feels are the biggest issues that teens face today.
She speaks very candidly about issues such as teen self esteem, teen
anxiety and what parents can do to help. She also gives us
helpful information about how she can help parents and educator
through her lively workshops, books and conferences.
Also on the show is Isreal Holland,
a High School sophomore, sharing her tips for parents on how to talk
to your teens about relationships.
